Sago or tapioca pearls normally take some time to cook. Around 1 hour or so depending on the steps you are using. Some are boiling water first, then put the sago and let it boil for around 30 minutes with continuous stirring. Others have the sago pearl soak in water first before boiling and this will take a little shorter.
